ADIG Relationship

The Armidale Diocesan Investment Group (ADIG) was established by Bishop Harry Kennedy as the Catholic Development Fund for the Diocese of Armidale. In 2017 ADIG’s services were extended to the Diocese of Wilcannia-Forbes when Bishop Columba Macbeth-Green entered into an agreement with the Diocese of Armidale.

Bishop Macbeth-Green says: “ADIG has successfully provided savings and loan facilities to the Diocese of Armidale since 1974. It also provides accounts to lay investors paying a competitive interest rate on savings and term investment accounts. ADIG will provide our Diocese with an annual cash distribution in addition to providing account facilities to Church and lay account holders. I am extremely
grateful to Bishop Michael Kennedy and the Diocese of Armidale for providing this opportunity to provide financial security for the Diocese of Wilcannia-Forbes.”

ADIG recognises that the people of both Dioceses are committed to supporting the wider Catholic community through their investments. The staff at ADIG specialise in personalised service, managing accounts and providing returns for investors, parishes and the Dioceses.
